An Ultimate Decision
Two worlds,
Two different realities…
The first world is very familiar to us: our planet, the Earth. We are in Europe, in Ireland to be precise, within the 21st Century.
Then there is the other world. Up there, they call it the Realm of Imagination (ROI). It is an imaginary land where angels, demi-gods, fairies and wise men reside…
In this strange and unfamiliar world there is an easy going but talented angel called Rory. He is young, a little bit mischievous and loves being a “nobody”, unlike the other angels. Rory has one big ambition: to enjoy himself as much as he can, in whatever way he wants to…
Unfortunately for him, like all of the angels from the Divine Academy, Rory is sent by the ROI Wise Council down to the Earth for training purposes. He is supposed to become an outstanding person, like all his mates…
Meanwhile in Dublin, Shane and Evelyn, two fallen angels (they were the two dunces of their classroom) are enjoying life “down here”. They have met a lovely young human girl called Mollie and the three of them have decided to set up a musical comedy show. Nobody puts it better than Shane:
”We have lost our immortality because we decided to stay here and cannot return to the Realm of Imagination… It’s no big deal really… because we are gonna reach immortality another way - By becoming superstars!”
The entire plan would have been perfect… Except for the sudden arrival of Rory! He landed smack bang in the middle of their group, all the way from the Realm of
Imagination.
Rory is a good lad (up there they would say a good angel), so he will try to please the Wise Council. But he had better watch his back! There are some other angels who will follow his every move and try to put some sugar into his gas tank!
A perfect world doesn’t exist: not in the Realm of Imagination or down here on the Earth. Our motley crew of angels and humans will discover this by taking the audience on a remarkable adventure between dreams and reality, which are not always as far away from each other as you might think…
