This document is a radio report about the Beatles and more precisely about their song “Let it be”. The journalist starts his report with a question about whether this song will be the lastest or the last. He raises the question because there were rumours about the Beatles splitting up / separating / breaking up as they are not happy to make music together anymore, they get fed up with each other, and there are business and musical tension so the fate of the Fab Four is at stake…

This song was written by Paul McCartney in 1969 when he had a dream about his mother Mary and it inspired him this song. His mother had died when he was 14, and in his dream, she told him to let it be and that everything would be all right so when he woke up, he wrote about this.
